20 networks were restored in Iran starting at 22:28 UTC on December 10. This represents less than 1% of the routed networks in the country.

95% of the networks in this event reached the Internet through the connections: TIC (formerly DCI) (AS12880) to Omantel (AS8529), TIC (formerly DCI) (AS12880) to BHARTI Airtel Ltd. (AS9498).
